1/4" Mnpt Air Compressor

These reliable air compressor tank drain valves, also known as a petcock, are equipped with 1/4" male NPT pipe threads—the standard size for most air compressor tank drain ports. The 1/4" NPT threads measure approximately 1/2" in diameter. Unlike traditional T-handle style petcock drain valves, which rely on brass-to-brass seals prone to clogging from debris, these valves use a rubber seat seal for a tight, dependable seal, ensuring smooth operation and preventing leaks. Made from durable solid brass, they are built to withstand long-term use and is also corrosion resistant. When fully open, the valve extends 1.3" in total length, once installed the remaining protruding part will measure around 0.9" for clearance reference.
